Toyota Nascar V8 Torque / Honing Plate 107MM Max Bore

If you are here, you know what these are for. Most serious engine rebuilder will use one of these plate to hone an engine. This plate recreate the stress a block see when the head is torqued down. I have been asked to make a plate for these engine so I now make them. While these engine are not extremely popular, the option for a torque plate is available.

They are CNC machined out of 2″ thick 6061-T6 aluminum. Stainless steel insert are included so it can be used numerous time without damaging the mounting hole. The spacer also give you the proper height so you can use the stock bolt. The plate comes with 3 different thickness of spacer with 2 different hole size for the 11mm and 8mm head bolt. The plate is also clearly identified for where each spacer will go. Dowell holes are machined on the bottom side so a single plate can be used on both side.

It is suitable for bore up to 107MM for those seeking maximum displacement on these engine, but they obviously can be used on smaller bore too. Bigger bore available on request. I can also make a plate for any motor!
