Mazda Miata 1.8L Torque / Honing Plate 85MM Max Bore

If you are here, you know what these are for. Most serious engine rebuilder will use one of these plate to hone an engine. This plate recreate the stress a block see when the head is torqued down. I have been asked several times to make a plates for these Nissan engine so I now stock them. If you are using 1/2″ heat stud please let me know at checkout; I will send you a plate with bigger hole. 

These plate will fit on all Mazda Miata 1.8L engine ranging from 1994 to 2005.

They are CNC machined out of 2″ thick 6061-T6 aluminum. Stainless steel insert are included so it can be used numerous time without damaging the mounting hole. The spacer also give you the proper height so you can use the stock bolt.

It is suitable for bore up to 85MM for those seeking maximum displacement on these engine, but they obviously can be used on smaller bore too. Bigger bore available on request. I can also make a plate for any motor!
