If you are here, you know what these are for. Most serious engine rebuilder will use one of these plate to hone an engine. This plate recreate the stress a block see when the head is torqued down. It has come to my attention that such a plate is not produced for these motor so I now stock them.

These plate will fit on all Volvo B21 and up “RedBlock” engine with over-head cam.

They are CNC machined out of 2″ thick 6061-T6 aluminum. Stainless steel insert are included so it can be used numerous time without damaging the mounting hole. The spacer also give you the proper height so you can use the stock bolt.

It is suitable for bore up to 98MM for those seeking maximum displacement on these engine, but they obviously can be used on smaller bore too. Bigger bore available on request. I can also make a plate for any motor!
