• Orders are generally* processed within 2 business day except during holiday
• Payments are accepted by Paypal only. All prices in US Dollar, please check applicable exchange rate
• Refunds/returns will only be issued for defective parts or parts that have not been installed. Please do not send anything back without first contacting me.  If you are returning a part for some other reason, you will be responsible for shipping it back safely to me
• Shipping is completely automated and will be quoted according to your location. All services are Tracked. I do my best to make bulletproof package, but if unfortunately you receive a damaged item contact me and I’ll take care of it
• Local pick-up is welcome in the Sherbrooke Qc area, please contact me so we can meet up at your convenience
• Backorders will ship as soon as possible, if you cannot wait contact me for a refund. If one product is backorder, the entire order will wait to ship. Backorder are only allowed on certain product that I keep in stock 90% of the time
• Custom parts is NOT refundable.  If there is an issue we will certainly find a solution

* Please note that I am not Amazon Prime nor do I have a team behind me. When I am working on the machine producing parts I cannot be packing order at the same time. Sadly I can’t ship parts that I have not fabricated, I must keep the machine running so I can fulfill order and keep my inventory replenished. When the volume of order is getting higher, there will be some delay in getting the order out. Order are processed in order by the date/hour they were received.
